En Fikri Bin Abu Bakar, the founder of Iman Cargo & Freight Services Sdn Bhd (ICF) had been involved in providing warehouse space for Lembaga Padi dan Beras Negara (LPN) through his first company, Hexapakat Sdn Bhd. since 1990.

In March 1994, Iman Cargo & Freight Services Sdn Bhd expanded its service in transportation and general trading. ICF started to provide transportation services to LPN until 1996, when LPN was changed to Padi dan Beras Nasional (BERNAS) under government’s privatization policy. ICF continued to provide valuable transportation service for BERNAS for another six years.

Since then, ICF has expanded its transportation fleet and provides efficient service to key players in the rice and food industries such as Syarikat Faiza Sdn Bhd, OEL, Serba Wangi, Hock Ju, YHL, Jasmine Food and Melia Best.

In 2005, Iman Cargo & Freight Services Sdn Bhd successfully secured a contract from JP Logistics to supply conventional transportation from Southern, Central and Northern Peninsular to various destinations. Our scope of contract includes vessel operation for rice transfer to warehouses and subsequently, from the warehouses to Bernas subsidiaries.

With our efficient service and good track record, , JP Logistics awarded ICF with another contract for vessel operation in Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) in 2006. In addition, ICF is also one of the main operators for toxic waste transportation at Kualiti Alam Sdn Bhd , Bukit Pelandok , Port Dickson Negeri Sembilan since 2006 until now.
